- You will need a valid user ID and password to access booking and B/L information.

- Booking Numbers can be up to 11 characters. B/Ls can be up to 12 characters. Containers can be entered with or without the check digit.

- Do not enter the leading SCAC code for the line. For example, B/L SAXC201CHSANR101 should be entered as 201CHSANR101.

- Remember not to enter any strange characters (like $, # etc).
